Dr. Roderic Brame holds a Ph.D. in Geosciences, M.S. in Science Education, Engineering Geosciences Certificate, and B.S in Geology. He has extensive experience in STEM Education and the integration of 21st Century technologies and skills. Dr. Brame initiated Engineering and Robotics programs and clubs for Middle and High Schools and creates Robotics, Engineering, and CS curriculum for EDforTech. He developed and implemented STEM and STEM Education programs at universities and K-12 schools. He judged for the Intel ISEF, NSF PAEMST selection committees, and served as Executive Director of the World Robotics Championship, Robots in Paradise. He was an Earth Science Teacher at T.C. Williams HS (Remember the Titans) where he met Habiba Ashna
Jan, the Afghan Girl who inspired the award-winning Best Afghan Girls program now 21st Century Girls project. Currently he lives in Florida and runs R2B2 STEM consulting focused on 1) increasing STEM capacity for K-12 systems and reducing the achievement gap throughout the United States and 2) directing and teaching for the 21st Century Girls Program 

Deputy Director

Lima Habib is a passionate individual who is majoring in international and comparative politics and minoring in business administration. She has been actively involved in numerous community service activities, with a focus on empowering Afghan girls. As a women's activist and volunteer worker, Lima has been making a significant contribution to her community. Currently, she is serving as the deputy director of Generation of Change, where she is dedicated to driving positive change in Afghanistan. Lima's enthusiasm and dedication to her work have been a source of inspiration for everyone around her. 

Human Resources Director

Everyone has a purpose in life and a unique talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals. This is exactly how my experiences brought me to this spot. As a young, emerging leader, I find myself committed to a well-developed community. Since 2019, while officially known as an alumni of the Leadership and English Advancement Program (LEAP) at the US Embassy in Kabul, my engagement with people and the community was enriched through the implementation and leadership of several projects. To summarize the overall context of my projects: Leading Online Debate among Afghan youth-2020, 

Distribution of necessary food items for needy families during COVID-19, the book donation campaign in Nangarhar Province, the stop drug abuse campaign, and the distribution of stationery for street children funded by American councils. Currently, I am extremely honored to be working with Generation of Change (GOC) toward an ambitious change in Afghanistan.

Program Coordinator

Naweed Hesan is a dedicated professional who wears multiple hats with ease. As an English instructor and team board member of GOC Organization, he works tirelessly to promote education for Afghan girls in the face of Taliban restrictions. Naweed is also an active community activist who has worked on various voluntary projects aimed at promoting education, the environment, and public awareness in cooperation with multiple organizations such as ACIE, BAACC, LLC, IPSO, and Balkh Peace Club. His passion for helping others is evident in all of his work, and he always strives to give his best.

As a freelancer, Naweed is also an accomplished 3D artist and graphic designer who creates realistic models and characters using Blender, Moho, and Adobe applications. With over five years of experience in his field, Naweed is committed to delivering quality work to his clients in a timely manner. He has participated in many projects and is known for delivering the best quality while being as efficient as possible. Media and relation

Sayed Musa Sabury is a journalist and former Media Relations officer at Afghanistan's Presidential Office with extensive experience in media and diplomacy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Kateb University and is a U.S. Embassy exchange program alumni. Sabury has worked as an editor, documentary maker, and photographer for various organizations, including Rumi Consultancy and the Afghan Journalists Safety Committee. He has produced and filmed numerous documentaries, including the significant documentary on skiing in Afghanistan's Bamyan Province. Sabury was also the coordinator of the first 60-second film festival and participated in several community service activities, including the street children project. 

Development officer

Neptune Mohammadi, is a freshman student at the American University of Afghanistan. She has a strong passion for working with non-profit organizations and is currently a member of Champions at UNICEF's program, as well as an intern at Vision Development Organization in Badakhshan province. Education is a top priority for her, as she believes it can make a difference and is the key to opening doors. In the past, she has worked as an instructor with Faizabad Lincoln Learning Center to empower youth and implement educational programs that encourage positive change within their communities. She also served as a counselor in Youth and Peace Efforts after participating in the Leadership in English Advancement Program in India. Neptune is honored to work as a teacher with the Generation of Change organization, where she can share her skills and knowledge with females who require it most. She is highly motivated to work with girls and improve her community through this initiative. 

HR Officer

Najila Bayat was born and raised in Sheberghan, Jowzjan, Afghanistan. She graduated from the International Maarif Foundations, Sheberghan Fazilat Vahab High School in 2020. She is an alumnus of LEAP6 (Leadership and English Advancement Program), which was held in India in 2019. She has worked voluntarily at the LLC ( Lincoln Learning Center) of Sheberghan for more than 2 years. She is also a member of Sufı Academy of Türkiye’s most famous recent writer ( Hakan Mengüç ). She is currently employed as a supervisor for the Turkish Maarif International Schools. As an alumna of American Councils, she conducted numerous volunteer programs and projects in her school, educational centers, and society. After the collapse of Afghanistan, she worked for many NGOs to empower girls and educate them. Her hobbies are horse riding, swimming, reading books, and writing. Her ambitions toward education have provoked her to work hard and seize opportunities to raise education in her society. In addition, Najila Bayat is taking part in the administration of the HR (Human Resources) Department in GOC (Generation of Change).

Student's Mental Health Advisor 

Holker Kisken is a highly motivated and dedicated medical student who is currently pursuing her studies at one of Turkey's prestigious Army institutions. Originally from Badakhshan province in Afghanistan, Holker is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people around her. In addition to her academic pursuits, Holker is an active member of the American Council on International Education alumni, which has helped her gain valuable experience and exposure to diverse cultures and ideas.

Holker's commitment to serving her community is evident in her participation in various social and community activities in Afghanistan. She has demonstrated remarkable leadership skills and has been an inspiration to many. With her strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, Holker is poised to become a trailblazer in the field of medicine and a valuable asset to any organization she becomes a part of.
